What $499 actually buys

An operating layer above the office.

Four outcomes the principal and the office should feel inside the first week.

Visibility

A single attention stack across inbox, calendar, meetings, people, and decisions — re-ranked every morning.

Alignment

Priorities, dependencies, and commitments shared between the principal and the office in one record.

Accountability

Every approval, edit, send, and reject written to an immutable log the office can replay.

Decision Intelligence

Briefings, rationale, and history attached to every choice — so leadership compounds, not repeats.

Included capacity

Everything one executive office needs.

Add-ons · Scale the office

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Why $499 per office, not per seat?

+

The office is the unit of work — a principal and the people who run their day. Pricing the office (not the seat) keeps the executive and assistant in the same workspace from day one, with the same memory and the same approval queue. Helm Office costs less than a single executive hour, and replaces the manual stitching the office does between inbox, calendar, meetings, and decisions.

What's actually included in the base plan?

+

The full module library, 1 executive seat, 1 assistant seat, up to 3 mailboxes, up to 3 calendars, daily briefings, executive memory, the approval queue, web/mobile/voice access, and 1,000 AI credits per month. No feature gates.

When do most offices add Echo Pro, Scout, or Axis Pro?

+

Echo Pro the week meetings start running the principal's day. Scout when prep on people, companies, and markets is taking real hours. Axis Pro when the C-suite needs one shared picture of priorities and execution health. Add them when they pay back the first week.

Does Helm replace my assistant?

+

No. Helm Office is built for the principal and their assistant to operate as one. The assistant seat is included at no extra cost. Helm drafts, surfaces, and prepares. The office decides, edits, and protects the principal.

Can Helm send mail or move meetings on its own?

+

Not without explicit approval. Every sensitive action — send, move, cancel, share, close — queues for human sign-off. Helm can draft, prioritize, summarize, and recall freely. It will never act on the office's behalf without approval.

Cancellation, contracts, hidden fees?

+

Monthly, cancel anytime. No feature gates, no per-seat upcharges hiding behind add-ons. Annual billing and Enterprise contracts are available when procurement needs them.

When does Enterprise make sense?

+

When you're rolling Helm across multiple offices, need SSO/SAML, custom DPA, isolated tenancy, audit exports, or white-glove onboarding. Annual contracts range from $10K to $100K+ depending on org size and rollout scope.
