1. What we collect

Helm Office processes the email, calendar, contact, and meeting data you connect to your tenant, plus account information for your users (name, work email, role). We do not collect personal email or calendars unless you explicitly connect them.

2. How we use it

Connected data is used solely to power features inside your tenant — triage, drafting, briefings, memory, and approvals. We never use your data to train shared models. We never sell data. Ever.

3. Tenancy & isolation

Every customer runs in an isolated logical tenant. Executive memory, AI suggestions, and audit logs are scoped to that tenant. No cross-customer access is technically possible from the application layer.

4. Sub-processors

We use a minimal list of sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, AI inference, email delivery). The current list is available in your DPA and is reviewed annually.

5. Your rights

You can export, delete, or restrict processing of your data at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting privacy@helmoffice.com.
