1. Agreement

By accessing or using Helm Office, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Helm Office on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Approval-first AI

Helm Office is designed to draft, recommend, and prepare. It will not send messages, move meetings, share memory, or create automation rules without an authorized user's explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before approval.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Helm Office to violate any law, infringe any right, or to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the platform or its underlying models.

4. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. Implementation services are billed one-time at the rate in your order form.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
